Starting this new year, I have decided to take a different path with my podcasts. Last year I tried to post a podcast every week. With all my other work to include the weekly syndicated newspaper column, I was not happy with many of the quickly posted podcasts. This year, I plan to try to post a podcast every other week or about two per month.
In answer to several requests, I will make available a transcript of the podcast at a cost of $5. It can be mailed or emailed
Today’s podcast is the first chapter of a book I wrote in 2003. The book is called ‘The Fourth Level Of Government’. Tonight’s podcast will include the introduction and chapter 2
It discusses Title, the documents, and how associations are formed.
